Infantellina Contemporary, die erste und einzige Berliner Galerie, die 100 % italienische gegenwärtige Kunst präsentiert, möchte ihren Sammlern und Besuchern mitteilen, dass die aktuelle Austellung "A better world" bis zum 10. September 2009 verlängert wurde. Ab dem 11. September 2009 wird die nächste Austellung "Starway to Heaven" präsentiert.Die Galerie Infantellina Contemporay wurde am 18. Oktober 2008 eröffnet. Sie befindet sich direkt am Gendarmenmarkt, dem eleganten Herzen der Mitte Berlins. Ziel der Galerie ist es, einen südeuropäischen Sonnenstrahl in die Berliner Kunstszene zu bringen. Infantellina Contemporary ist die erste und einzige Galerie der Hauptstadt, die 100 Prozent italienische Gegenwartskunst präsentiert. Zur Auswahl stehen neben junger etablierter Kunst Werke aufstrebender Künstlerinnen und Künstler - innerhalb einer großen Spanne verschiedenster künstlerischer Techniken.

Nachhaltiges Wohlbefinden ist kein Traum. Eine bessere Welt ist eine schönere Welt, oder vielleicht auch nur eine weniger harte. Kunst ist seit ewig „Filter" der Welt und kann der Spiegel sein von allem was verbessert werden kann und muss und des Ergebnisses, welches erreicht werden kann. Eine Forderung, rein wie ein Moment der Ekstase, welche dass Bessere zu erreichen sucht.

Infantellina Contemporary opened on October 18th, 2008 and is located in Gendarmenmarkt, the elegant district. The gallery's aim is to bring into the Berlin's art scene a warm southern European ray of sun. I-C ist the first and only Berlin gallery featuring 100% Italian contemporary art. In our comprehensive and eclectic exhibition program, we offer to an international audience, a selection of artworks by young established artists as well as new up and coming talents, active in different media, with an eye for experimentation. I-C has, moreover, the ambition to foster the artists' wish to bring forth fresh and contemporary concepts capable of both challenging the spectator emotionally, and supplying interesting impulses - or merely visual satisfaction - so as to showcase the fine product of the Italian art scene. In the city that - in the last few years - has arguably become the symbol of the contemporary art scene, Infantellina Contemporary wishes to represent a cluster for all lovers of Italian art. Thanks to I-C, the Italian art tradition and the city of Berlin come to merge into an explosive mixture. "

"A better world": It is not an utopia but a real and rational possibility we can choose. A step - first individual and after that a collective one - characterized by only one target. Sustainable well-being is not a dream. A better world is a more beautiful world, or also perhaps only less hard. Art, since ever filter of the world, can be the mirror of all this that can and must be improved and of the result that can be obtained. A demand, like a pure moment of ecstasy, which leads to all that is better.

Infantellina Contemporary [I-C] ist die erste und einzige berliner Galerie die 100% italienische gegenwärtige Kunst präsentiert. Mit Infantellina Contemporary eröffnete im Oktober 2008 die erste Galerie für italienische zeitgenössische Kunst in Berlin. Auf den ersten Blick ein rauschendes Fest des Pop, offenbart sich auf den zweiten Blick unter den zumeist farb-intensiven und sinnlich-ästhetischen Oberflächen der doppelte Boden.
