This has created a new environment in the market where the loan seekers can try to negotiate for better terms and condition. Sometimes, differences are made in lowering the rates of interest to a little extent. Sometimes, the reimbursement period is stretched up to 25 years.

People securing tenant loans should be careful in paying back the loan amount responsibly. They have not staked their property in this kind of loan. It is true, but the lenders can move for taking legal action if their investment is not returned. On the other hand, the borrowers can use the funding intelligently and can slowly improve their credit status.
